1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on WINR8 you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use WINR8

You must be 18 years of age or older to use WINR8. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in breach of this requirement.

3. What WINR8 Is

WINR8 is a bet tracking and analytics platform. We provide tools to help users log, track and analyse their own betting activity.

WINR8 does not:

  • Provide gambling advice
  • Recommend bets or betting strategies
  • Guarantee any financial outcomes
  • Encourage gambling

The Win Rate Index and any statistical data provided on the platform is historical information only and does not constitute betting tips or advice.

  • Monthly plan: £10/month
  • 6 month plan: £48
  • Annual plan: £72

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Premium includes access to the AI bet screenshot scanner, subject to a fair-use limit of up to 25 scans per day. This limit resets at midnight UTC.

6. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
  • You must not share your account with others
  • One account per person
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on WINR8 is owned by WINR8. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

WINR8 is provided as is. We are not liable for:

  • Any betting losses incurred by users
  • Interruptions to the service
  • Loss of data
  • Any indirect or consequential losses

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of WINR8 after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
